BIM software was used in all trades to guarantee the highest quality and integration and provide the client a zero conflicts BIM model for the construction purposes.
Project Description
The project is a five-star hotel located in Jizan, KSA. The building is inspired by the Jizanian people’s traditional housing influencing the mesh to represent the straw used as a supporting material, the idea was to transfer a traditional authenticity to a beachside landmark.
