Job description:
1. Attending the project kick-off meeting held by the Project Manager and other general meetings with all teams and stakeholders and also assisting the project manager in meeting agendas and minutes of the meeting.
2. Update the Progress report continuously by directly communicating and coordinating with all team members/disciplines.
3. Direct workflow to be according to Ldp+Partners’ Process.
4. Ensure the full consideration of the archiving, naming convention, and Ldp+Partners’ CAD/BIM systems throughout the project, and note and notify any shortage in all the above.
5. Assist the project managers in making the project whole schedule and report any surplus or shortage in resources or time.
6. Ensure the project’s quality delivery through Ldp+Partners quality checklists.
Technically guide the project’s team through the project at all levels.
7. Enrich his team with all the technical knowledge needed to improve work quality.
8. Presenting the project outputs at all stages internally.
9. Responsible for QC1 & QC2 before submitting to his direct manager.
Who are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Faculty of Engineering.
2. Years of Experience from 8 – 10 years in the Architecture design Field.
3. Knowledge of the fundamental project management skills
Proficient in Rhino & Grasshopper – 3D Studio Max software programs.
4. Good user for Architectural programs and plugins ex, Architectural Revit – AutoCAD – Environmental Simulation programs – and Render Software.
Job description:
1. Prepare tender drawing package including layouts and detailed drawings from Revit models.
2. Day to Day first-line support on CAD and BIM, provide feedback to the department head.
3. Assist the BIM Team with managing the Autodesk BIM 360 platform and permissions.
4. Manage and maintain project content, and source additional content for project teams.
5. Use the project’s / phase’s checklists to make sure that each submittal is following Ldp+Partners Quality standards and submit a signed checklist covering all checklist points status.
6. Collaborate with other team members in the same project to obtain the best technical outputs that match Ldp+Partners’ quality standards.
7. Follow the Project’s time schedule and voice out any task overlapping or any difficulties.
8. Obtain and assemble all technical information, data, and drawings needed from relevant departments for full coordination of drawing across the Civil/Structure, design, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) architectural designs.
9. Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
10. Revise architectural drawings to ensure that no conflicts or gaps exist, and undertake the creation and plotting of technical designs (including measurements, levels, and dimensions).

21. Personally verify the quality, correctness, and absolute accuracy of their own work plus his team’s work prior to review by the Direct Manager.
Who are we looking for?
1. From 12 – 15 years Experience.
2.Bachelor degree in Architecture, Faculty of Engineering.
3. BIM Professional Certificate is a must.
4. PMP or equivalent is preferable.
5. Proficient in Architectural programs and plugins ex: Architectural Revit – Navisworks – Dynamo – AutoCAD – and Environmental Simulation programs.
6. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
