- Ldp+Partners delivered a full coordinated architectural and engineering designs from the concept stage till the construction documents including the bill of quantities and specifications. BIM software was used in all trades to guarantee the highest quality and integration and to provide the client a zero conflicts BIM model for the construction purposes.
Project Description
A retail and hospitality destination by Al Woroud Real Estate Investment, where Ldp+Partners successfully created an immersive urban experience that brings together modern hospitality, commerce, and culture.
Inspired by Hijazi architecture tradition and reinterpreted through contemporary design, the development offers a fully integrated environment, seamlessly combining hotel accommodations, administrative spaces, and vibrant retail experiences into one cohesive and dynamic destination.
