A mixed-use development by The Marq Communities, where Ldp+partners has been appointed to design The Nature District within the Inplace Project. This district is envisioned as a vibrant, sustainable destination that harmonizes nature with modern urban living.

Designed to promote wellness, community interaction, and ecological balance, it offers an immersive living experience surrounded by green landscapes and serene environments. The district reflects a timeless identity where sustainability and contemporary design coexist seamlessly.
It comprises five buildings, thoughtfully integrated within the masterplan to create a cohesive and engaging community environment.
