Project Description

This project aims to create a distinct commercial hub in the heart of the Al Lotus District, New Cairo, Egypt. The different types of retail units are all visually connected from the street and revolve around a 26M wide plaza, where users can experience the different landscape features and F&B outdoor seating areas.
Going up, the project offers terraces to the commercial units on different levels as a result of the intrusion of the mass from the slab edge to create self-shading while units have glass elevations for connectivity with the outside.⠀
In addition, the east and west of the project are connected with links, and hanging bridges, for the continuity and easiness of circulation. The Core commercial hub combines premium view units with outdoor terraces, green pockets, and environmental comfort for users.
