OBJECTIVE
The project is sea front villa, located in Dorat Al Arous Resort, Obhour, Jeddah, KSA. The site is atypical narrow 20*50 land property with a private beach over the lagoon. The 2 floors and penthouse villa is designed from inside to outside giving most of its spaces equal opportunity to have a full wide sea view, characterized by its minimalistic design approach and over floating landscape and narrow infinity pool.
