OBJECTIVE

A  residential complex located in Sun Capital residential compound on Fayoum desert road in 6^th of October city.

The client aim was to create a residential complex in Sun Capital Compound with one podium and five residential floors. The podium consists of services for the residential occupants such as Gym, a laundry, café and restaurant, etc. While the residential floors consist of units with an average area of 60 m². The client tendencies were towards making use of the backward landscape area as a view for the residential units besides creating a unique view for the rest of the units.
