OBJECTIVE
The project is one of Kind Abdul Aziz university investments, located in Obhour, Jeddah, KSA. The site is long strip land overseeing Jeddah sea.The complex consists of 50 floors 5 stars hotel tower with 3 floors commercial mall podium, 7 floors healthcare center. The main concept was to increase the land value for the investors benefit, the tower design creates a recognizable identity for the complex, with its ultra-modern design approach and the twisted mass making it a landmark shows the power of the structure system applied, the healthcare center was designed to integrate with the site and magnify a different hospitality experience.
