The 8 floors hotel consists of 2 basement floors and a prestigious reception, restaurants, saloons and shops in the ground floor, Multi-purpose halls and saloons in the mezzanine floor, 5 typical floors each contains 55 rooms 90% of them are sea view rooms and a penthouse contains 15 roof access rooms, spa, gym, football playground and an infinity sky-pool over-viewing Jeddah sea. The building is enriched with an eye-catching facade, its motifs and archesratios are inspired by Islamic architectural elements.
