OBJECTIVE
The project learning center for adults, located Al Rehab district, Jeddah, KSA. The site is two adjacent corner lands facing a main square in the district.
The 3 floors building consists of two main entrances with welcoming receptions (Bachelor and Family), Nursery for guest’s kids, coffee shop, open educational court, private pool area, administrative offices in the ground floor, standard classes and main multipurpose hall on the first floor, Classes on the second floor, Street overlooking restaurant with open terrace in the penthouse.
The design main concept was to resemble boldness and rigidity through simplicity, using simple mass formation enriched by wide entrances with noticed colors and simple effective facade treatments that suits the best environmental solutions for the building core functions, the internal circulation and spaces allocation gives the building a unique advantage.
