OBJECTIVE
The project is a luxury residential villa, located in Cornish street, AL Morgan district, Jeddah, KSA. The site is located within a high class residential private buildings context over a high hill over-viewing Jeddah sea from its roof floor. The 2 floors and penthouse residential villa is designed to emphasize the modern architectural concept and accent the trend of bold structure impact on the building mass while maximizing the internal transparency and sensory to every landscape item within the land property.
