OBJECTIVE
The project is a private residential villa, located over a 400.0 SQM width road, Obhour, Jeddah. The land is surrounded by neighbors from 3 sides. The 2 floors and the penthouse villa is identified by their ultra-modern façade and unique massing formation.we delivered a full coordinated architectural and engineering designs from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents including bill of quantities.
