Project Description

The Project is located in an administrative and commercial context on a 10,500 m2 plot. The project’s main concept is to integrate the commercial activities experience with the outdoors and create direct and easy accessibility to all project functions, The project massing based on the revolving of all units around a big plaza and elevating the left part to create an entrance situation for the upper floors the first floor is shifted and rotated in parts to gain more commercial area and cast shade on a lower floor which creates an interesting visual experience for users.
The accessibility part is achieved by elevating the project’s ground floor by 2.5m thus creating entrances for the hypermarket and steps, platforms for seating, and ramp for wheelchair users as part of the project plaza which is the main distributor to all units.
